Refunds and cancelations of membership dues will be refunded on a prorated basis depending on the duration your membership has been active. You may apply for a refund at any time during your membership period. All refund and cancelation requests will be processed within 48 hours. If you have not had a request processed, please contact us directly, here.
Please note that membership packs will normally be processed within 10 days of your registration and sent out to you via standard post within the UK. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. International shipping will be sent at standard Royal Mail rates and will take longer to arrive, depending on your location.
Alternatively, you can sign up for a free site registration account. This will subscribe you to our mailing list so you will receive information and updates from us, but will not grant access to our members-only site areas, such as the Rovers Trust Community Forum, nor allow you any membership or voting rights.
