The Rovers Trust has board meetings about 10 times per year, and an AGM in June.
Just over a year ago members of the board held a meeting with the Club about the methods used to sell season tickets and match tickets. Some of our ideas were adopted eg. Next Generation in the Blackburn End upper and more £10 matches, but other changes have been slow.
This prospectus develops the ideas of Trust Members, especially the board. It is in draft form now and we must present to the Club in January. There are about 30 ideas covering short-term and longer-term approaches to the marketing of OUR Club. We welcome your support and the development of other ideas as we create a positive dialogue with the Club.
