Rovers Trust is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website you can be assured it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Rovers Trust may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 17th September, 2012.

  • other information relevant to membership benefits and programmes.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

  • to use the information to improve our membership initiatives
  • to periodically send you emails about new benefits, newsletters, special member only offers, calls to annual or special general meetings of Rovers Trust, and other important news, events, and information

Please note that in doing so you will no longer be able to receive the periodic newsletter, important calls to General Meetings or other important events held by Rovers Trust.

Rovers Trust will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law to do so. We will not use your personal information to send you promotional information about or from third parties.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee may be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held about you please email enquiries@roverstrust.co.uk.

If you believe any information held about you is incorrect or incomplete please email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
