Blackburn Rovers Fans Launch Trust; Sights Set On Buying Club

Blackburn Rovers fans gathered for the official launch of a supporters’ trust which is hoping to be able to buy the club from Venky’s.
November 27, 2012
The Rovers Trust, backed by MPs and former players, has already raised £3million from fans buying shares. The group met at Blackburn Cathedral on Saturday to unveil its campaign strategy, which is to obtain full, or part, ownership of the club.

Player Meeting - Statement

Representatives from We Are The Rovers joined other fan groups and individuals to meet with a delegation from the club, including 5 senior players on Wednesday 7th February. This was arranged with less than 24 hours notice.
